Reasons to see a counselor: 

·                     Summer School/online Updates 

·                     Incomplete Schedules 

·                     Grad Requirements and/or course mistakes 

·                     Post-Secondary Requirements  

·                     If you have been placed in a class with a teacher with whom you’ve previously failed with last year 

o        Please keep in mind Grade 12’s have priority for classes 

o        For the month of August and September please check your MyEd. Schedules daily as there may be changes made 

Book appointments with a counsellor for the above reasons only. If you have a complete schedule, you are expected to attend all of your classes. You will have a chance to change electives during course change evening in mid-September. 

Course Change evenings: Sept 9th (Grade's 11 & 12) and 10th (Grade's 9 & 10)

No appointments required for grade 8 students. They should receive hard copies of their schedules on the first day of school. 

Please make sure to only sign up for your designated grade session.

All appointments are 10 minutes in duration.
